I created the Scale It Studio to bring the same process I use with my private clients to a collaborative, studio space where a small group of us will gather, learn the methods to my madness, and apply them to your business, together, all under my watchful eye but with the support of a community that wants the same thing you want, and at a fraction of the price of working with me individually. 

The fact I call it a Studio isn't an accident - Andy Warhol once said that "being good in business is the most fascinating kind of art" and he couldn't be more spot on. So I create the Studio to have a collaborative place where you can learn the art, where you can learn how to move past the generic advice and understand how to build the business that you want.

Week 1: BUILD

You’ve followed all the templates, free opt-ins and generic advice. Some of it worked, most of it didn't, and you're still not totally sure if the customers you have now are your best customers, what you should create for them next (if anything), how to structure your offers or how to stand out and survive given the amount of competition flooding in online daily.

Week 1 is designed to help you stop, breathe and get back to the basics of your business.

You'll walk away understanding at a deep level what’s really making your business work, what's holding you back (this is usually a big surprise and a-ha to my private clients!) and what you’re missing entirely that will make it work even better.

Over and over again, this is the step that blows my private clients away. They’ve made money, they’ve built a business - and yet after I walk them through this stage, the clarity and understanding of what they’ve actually built explodes - as does their opportunity for taking it all to the next level.

Here’s what we'll cover in the BUILD phase:

- How markets mature - and what that means for you as the online space becomes more saturated by the day (hint: it mean more opportunity, less reason to be scared)


Now that you know - I mean truly know - what makes your business tick, it's time to understand what that means for your customers and clients. What kind of journey should you be taking them on? How many segments are you trying to serve? (another one that shocks my private clients when we really dig in) How many should you be serving? 

This is the week where we blow up everything you've thought you've known about your customers and your customer avatar and we build it back piece by piece in a way that's actually useful. Which means no, there most certainly will be no questions about what magazine she reads or what color her sheets are. There most definitely will be hard conversations about what she's buying, when, and what she needs next.

Week 3-4: DELIVER

This is where the rubber really starts to hit the road. Now that you understand the fundamentals of what’s making your business work and you have a brand new perspective on who your customers are and how you can structure your business to help them the most, it's time to learn how to apply that to your offers and services.

What products and services should you be offering, and when? When should you be selling what, and how? How should you approach your visibility and lead generation efforts? We'll get into all of these tactical details during this 2-week module and after this module, you'll know exactly what to do and when to do it.

Here's what we'll cover in DELIVER:

- How to create a Product strategy out of your customer journey, and how to know what to create in terms of products and services, and when to create them.

- Different forms of visibility and lead generation, and how to stand out from the crowd of typical strategies by using pattern interrupters and borrowed audiences.

- How to discover what lead generation and launch strategies are right for your business - and, once you've chosen, how to implement those strategies

- How to plan your sales so you know exactly what you need to do in order to reach your sales goals.


Week 5: GROW

Now that you know exactly what you're going to do next, time to take a peak into the future and learn how what you've done in the previous 4 weeks is setting you up for massive scale.  

Here's what we'll cover in GROW:

- Understanding how products and services (and pricing) evolve as your business matures to become more efficient in delivery and results (or, for an example in plain English, how to know when you're ready to move from 1:1 to passive products)

- Throwing the curtain back to reveal exactly what it takes to reach that elusive 7-figure mark without burning yourself out - and what your business will look like at key growth milestones between where you're at today and when you get there.

- Identifying your KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) so you can start (really) tracking how your business is performing.

- Team planning so you know exactly who to hire in your business and when.



There's no beating around the bush, you're going to cover a lot of ground while in the studio. By the end of the first five weeks you'll have a completely new understanding of your business and a thorough game plan of what comes next. I've set aside a 6th week for you to integrate the plan and start to implement. You won't learn anything new this week, but I will be available daily to answer all the questions that come up as you get started in your brand new world.  

And while we'll formally wrap up after week 6, don't worry I'm not going to up and disappear on you. You'll have access to the Facebook group for a full 90 days after your formal time in the studio wraps up, so you're covered for 3 months as you implement.

It's a minefield out there, but I've been in email marketing for over 15 years and have the truth for you.
